  I have never received such horrible customer service. Very rude staff that also tend to twist your words when you have proved a valid point. I would never recommend this facility to anybody & if you are already a member there make sure you watch your bank account. They will continue to take money out when they are not supposed to & not refund you your money. They will argue with you & twist your words till you have gotten so frusterated and you can no longer deal with them anymore. I am so dissapointed with the service I received here and hope nobody has to deal with what I have had to deal with.

  I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and super helpful! I started going for physio and saw such great improvements that I started doing massage therapy too. Whenever Ive had an emergency situation were Im desperate for help I've called them and they get me in for appointments right away. Im switching my gym membership to them. Greatest group of people I've gotten to deal with in a long time!

  I could not believe the treatment/service i recieved from the general manager and staff member of this location. When going to cancel my membership i had asked to speak to the manager to inquire on why there had been payments still taken out of my account after the year membership was over. The manager and staff were extremely rude to me and very condescending to me when i asked for a free month because i was not informed that i could still come to the gym after the year membership was over. I have never received such rude service as the general manager and staff member were laughing at me and consistently changing thier stories as to why i was still being charged for the membership. I would NEVER recommend this gym to anyone after the way i was completely disrespected by the general manager and staff.

  Awesome staff & got me back to work better than I was before. Had nagging back & shoulder pain for a couple years. I finally got it checked out by the physio here. We did some core exercises after the pain went away and after I was lifting more than I could before I got injured.
